This coffee comes from the northern part of the country in the Bucaramanga growing region. Truly the crowd pleaser amongst the South American coffees, produces a fruit which is characteristically bold in size, heavier in body with a softer but more pleasant brightness. Roasted to a “full city” roast giving all the opportunity for a sincerely wonderful smooth, buttery-nut full-bodied cup of coffee.
This is a very mild coffee with good body and acidity. It has a fruity-floral finish, and a hint of spiciness. Very well balanced.
