How do I log in?
If you've already created an account with us you can log in by visiting the My Account page and entering your username and password. If you forgot your password please use this Password Reset link and a new password will be emailed to you. You can change your password once you have logged in to My Account. Where's my stuff?
Log into My Account to check the shipping status. Once the order ships, you will receive an email confirmation which will contain a tracking number. For any questions or concerns regarding your order, please feel free to contact us.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order has been processed and shipped we will send you an email notification that includes a UPS Tracking Link
How do I change my password?
To change your password, visit our Reset Password page and enter your username and email address. A new password will be emailed to you and you can then log in to your account and update your password. Please Contact Us if you would like assistance
What payment options do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

How do I know if an item is in-stock?
All items are usually kept in stock. If you order something that we're out of, we will notify you soon after your order has been placed.
Do I need to pay sales tax?
Sales tax is charged for all customers located in California. This will be calculated automatically for you during the checkout process.

How will my order be shipped?
At this time we ship exclusively with UPS. Toward the end of the checkout process you can select UPS Ground or 2nd Day Air services.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. Upon shipping your order, we will send you an email notification which will include a UPS Tracking Number.
Do you ship to APO addresses and PO Boxes?
No. UPS does not ship to APO or PO Boxes.
What countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to the United States only.
How do I return something?
To return an item, please call us at 805-927-0670 for instructions. Once accepted, we will issue a credit for the returned items onto the credit card that was originally used.
